    Typically the sale is performed in a 3 day period. Staging, Pricing, Set Up is done one week before the sale.

    We will advertise your sale on social media Instagram, Facebook and twitter, estatesales.net, and through our mass email list.

    Once your sale has ended we leave your property cleaned and ready for listing or ready for rental. 

  • We are paid a percentage of the sale proceeds. We will discuss the estate and negotiate the rate according to the size and preparation of the sale at our first meeting. There are never up-front costs to you, our consultation is free!

    There are no hidden fees. We do not charge you for our employees or any other costs. We are full disclosure with nothing to hide so yes you are welcome to stay at the property as we set up and merchandise your home. We become life long friends with our clients! 

    We take the time to price every item. We conduct our research onsite. Nothing is removed from your estate until thoroughly researched and purchased. Nothing slips through the cracks.
